I have not practiced in weeks
Probably more like a month and I’m starting to resent myself for it. I can feel it, the feeling is super distinct now. I’m falling back into depression, I was worried when I suddenly was super tired earlier and my fears were sadly correct. I’m going to fight back though, I’ll put my ket back together tonight. If I do that practice shouldn’t be a problem tomorrow. At least that’s the theory
